Beef Soup Bones and Oxtails
Oxtails from our grass-fed beef are $2.99 per pound. Soup Bones include lots of meat and are $4.99 per pound. Oxtails weigh about 2-3 pounds each. Soup Bones (shank bones) are about 2 pounds per package. Due to variance in weight among packages, we will calculate total due when you pick up your order at the next Omaha delivery.
Have you ever made your own soup broth? The broth that results from simmering soup bones is not only incomparably delicious, but it has been proven to help fight off a variety of ailments. Once your broth has fully developed (after about 8 hours of simmering), remove the bones and proceed to make your favorite beef-based soup! Have too much broth to use at once? Freeze it in a plastic freezer bag for another night of soup. Soup Bones are $4.99 per pound. Happy simmering!
