We have a limited supply of grass-fed beef available by the Quarter Beef. If you are interested in a half, 3/4 or whole beef, you can order multiple Quarters and you will receive a volume discount. Beef Quarters are available while supplies last. We can deliver Beef Quarters to Omaha, Sioux City and Des Moines areas.

A Quarter beef includes all boneless steaks: Filet Mignon, NY Strips, Ribeyes, Sirloins, Round Steaks, Flat Irons, Skirt Steaks, Flank Steak, and Mock Tenders. Boneless roasts include: Sirloin Tip Roasts, Chuck Roasts, and Rump Roasts. You will also receive Short Ribs, Soup Bones and lots of versatile, delicious Ground Beef packaged into handy 1-pound packages.

Eating beef 2 times per week, A FAMILY OF 4 WILL FINISH A QUARTER BEEF IN 6 MONTHS.

Assuming hanging weight and average yields, your total costs for ordering a QUARTER beef may be around $439. The total quantity of beef you receive may be around 77 pounds. This means you pay an average of only $5.68/lb for natural, grassfed beef!

Our price for Beef Quarters is based on a fee of $3.10 per pound hanging weight plus processing fees. When you order 2 Quarters, the rate for the hanging weight of your beef drops to $3/lb and if you order 3 or more Quarters, then the rate drops to $2.90 per pound. This translates into savings of almost $100 for a whole animal (4 Quarters), or about $25 in savings if you purchase 2 Quarters.

We stand behind our product and guarantee your satisfaction - or your money back. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your bulk beef purchase, let us know within 2 months and we will replace or refund the portion you return.

Beef Quarters are delivered to our Omaha office where they can be picked up. We ship Beef Quarters to our Des Moines customers and make arrangements on an individual basis for our Sioux City area customers.

We ask for a deposit to hold your Quarter(s). Deposits are $50 per Quarter. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable.
