Try some of our tender, delicious STEAKS! These steaks come from our naturally-raised, 100% grass-fed cattle.

Because of the variance in weight between steaks, we charge for steaks by their weight. We will calculate the specific amount due for your steaks when you pick them up at one of the Omaha-area Farmers Markets.

Please note that when you enter quantities, you are entering the number of PACKAGES of steaks that you would like. All steaks come with TWO STEAKS in EACH PACKAGE except FLANK, HANGER and ROUND.

Here is a list of available steaks:

FILET MIGNON. These steaks are cut from the tenderloin, the most highly prized cut of beef. Filet mignon is $19.95 per pound. Each package of filet mignon weighs approximately 0.60 pounds. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS TWO FILET MIGNON STEAKS.

NEW YORK STRIP STEAK. The NY Strip is filet mignon's neighbor and is another highly prized steak. NY Strips are regularly $15.95 per pound. Each package of New York Strip Steaks weighs approximately 1.40 pounds. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS TWO NEW YORK STRIP STEAKS.

RIBEYE STEAK. Ribeyes are well marbled, tender and delicious. Ribeyes are regularly $15.95 per pound. Each package of Ribeye steaks weighs approximately 1.60 pounds. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS TWO RIBEYE STEAKS.

SIRLOIN STEAK. Our sirloin strips are juicy and awesome! Sirloins are $12.95 per pound. Each package of Sirloin steaks weighs approximately 1.60 pounds. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS TWO SIRLOIN STEAKS.

FLAT IRON STEAK. Second only to Filet Mignon in terms of tenderness. Flat Irons are $13.95 per pound. Each package of Flat Iron Steaks weighs approximately 1 pound. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS TWO FLAT IRON STEAKS.

SKIRT STEAK. Skirt Steaks take to marinates like no other. Sear and cut across the grain. Skirt Steaks are $9.95 per pound. Each package of Skirt steaks weighs approximately 1 pound. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS TWO SKIRT STEAKS.

FLANK STEAK. Our Flank Steaks are great marinated, grilled and cut across the grain! Flanks are $6.45 per pound. Each package of Flank steak weighs approximately 2 pounds.

MOCK TENDER STEAK. There's nothing mock tender about these steaks. Marinate and grill to medium rare. What a feast! Mock tenders are $7.45 per pound. Each package of Mock Tender steaks weighs approximately 1 pound. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS TWO MOCK TENDER STEAKS.

HANGER STEAK. Similar to Flank in texture and flavor Hangers are also known as "Butcher's Steak" as many a butcher would never mark it for sale and would simply that it home to enjoy themselves. Marinate and grill to medium rare. What a feast! Hangers are $10.99 per pound. Each package of Hanger Steak weighs approximately 1.5 pound. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS ONE HANGER STEAK.

ROUND STEAK. Round Steaks are lean and offer rich, hearty flavor. They do best with a tenderizing marinade and should be sliced thin, across the grain. Round Steaks are $5.95 per pound. Each package of Round Steak weighs approximately 1 pound. YOU ARE ORDERING BY THE PACKAGE AND EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS ONE ROUND STEAK.
