This pork is raised on pasture which means that it offers you not only greater nutritional value, but also a delicious, robust flavor that you won't find in store-bought pork. Unlike cattle, pigs can't live on grass alone and these pigs receive organic corn to help fill their need for grain.

Because of variance in weight between packages, we are charging for pork products by their weight. We will calculate the specific amount due for your order when you pick it up. Or we can calculate it once your order is placed and email you the total so that you can pay online. Let us know if you would like to use the online option.

We are proud to offer the following pork products:

Tenderloins: The King of Cuts - tenderloins are $10.95 per pound. Each package is approximately 0.75 pounds.

Chops: We've got thick Iowa Chops and Traditional Chops. Both varieties are $8.15 per pound. Iowa Chops are around 1.4 pounds/package and Traditional Chops are approximately 0.65 pounds per package.

Ribs: Prized Baby Back Ribs are $8.49 per pound. Spare Ribs are $6.49 per pound. Packages of Baby Back Ribs are approximately 1 pound; packages of Spare Ribs are approximately 2 pounds.

Roasts: We now offer Boneless Pork Loin Roasts. These delicious and tender roasts weigh approximately 1 pound each. Loin Roasts are $8.15/lb. Pork Shoulder Roasts make an easy crock-pot meal. Shoulder Roasts are $5.69 per pound. Each Shoulder Roast is approximately 3 pounds. Bone-in shoulder roasts are $5.49 per pound.

Shoulder Steaks: Marinate a pork shoulder steak then throw it on the grill. Shoulder steaks are $4.95 per pound. Each package is approximately 1.75 pounds.

Bacon: Who can resist? Each package contains approximately 1 pound of delicious bacon from pasture-raised pork. $7.95/pound

Cottage Bacon: Cottage Bacon is "regular" bacon's leaner cousin. This delicious cut is taken from the shoulder and smoked to absolute deliciousness! Each package is approximately 1 pound. $7.95/pound.

Sausages (links, bulk and patties): Deliciously seasoned (no MSG, no nitrates/nitrites), these sausages are perfect for breakfast, lunch OR dinner! Links, bulk and patties are $5.99 per pound. All are sold in 1 pound packages.

Bratwursts. Succulent and juicy - these pork brats are going to make your day. Grilling is the way to go. Pork brats are $7.15 per pound and are sold in 1 pound packages. (no MSG, no nitrates/nitrites)

Cutlets: Tenderized cutlets are great for breading and sauteing. Cutlets are $5.49 per pound. Each package is approximately 0.75 pounds.

Fresh Ham Roasts: Add your own favorite flavoring to these delicious, uncured, bone-in roasts. Each roast is about 2-3 pounds. $5.69/pound.

Cured Ham: Savory and wonderful. Ham roasts are approximately 2-3 pounds. $6.95/pound for boneless. Sliced into Deli Ham, it's $6.95/pound (1 lb package). Bone-in "petite" hams are $5.99/pound. NEW!!! Bone-in Ham Steaks come 2 per package, each package weighs around 0.75 pounds and cost is $5.99/pound.

Smoked Ham Hocks: Add rich, savory flavoring to greens, beans, peas, stew and soups! Each package includes 2 hocks and weight approximately 2 pounds. $4.99 per pound.

Ground Pork: Substitute pork for beef in your spaghetti for a delicious twist on a classic. Ground pork is $4.99 per pound and is sold in 1 pound packages.

Ground Pork Lard: This is great stuff. Render a 2# package of ground lard and you will have approximately 1-1/2 Pint jars filled with fluffy white, high-quality pork lard. Use it for frying, greasing, baking, whatever. Unlike bacon grease, lard is extremely mild in flavor, lending to its versatility. Oh - and you'll have a treat of crackings to enjoy once you're done straining the rendered lard too. We are happy to provide rendering instructions along with your lard order. Ground lard, suitable for rendering is $1.99/lb.

Fresh Side. This is uncured, unsliced bacon (pork belly). Use Fresh Side for making your own bacon, or in an Asian-inspired dish. Each Fresh Side Roast is approximately 1.5 - 3 pounds, $5.69/lb.
