  • 1. Variability in Bulk Beef Total Cost: I understand that the total cost of my bulk beef order is a function of the hanging weight. I understand that Thistles and Clover is not able to guarantee what the hanging weight for an animal will be. I understand that the processing fees that I pay depend on the choices that I make in how my beef is cut, as well as the prices set by the processor. The exact total cost of my order will not be known until my beef is processed and my order is ready for delivery. When my order is delivered, I will be prepared to make the remainder of the full payment in cash or check.

    2. Variability in Broiler Total Cost: I understand that the total cost of my broiler order is a function of the weight at which the animal dresses out. I understand that the exact total cost of my order will not be known until my broilers are processed and my order is ready for pick-up. When I pick up my order, I will be prepared to make the remainder of the full payment in cash or check.

    3. Nonrefundable Deposit for Bulk Beef Orders: I understand that a deposit I submit to Thistles and Clover to reserve a whole, half or quarter of bulk beef is nonrefundable.

    4. Omaha Drop-Offs: I understand that I must be present at some point during the scheduled Drop-Off time in order to receive my order.

    5. Satisfaction Guarantee for Bulk Beef: I understand that if I wish to return any unused portion of my bulk beef purchase, it is my responsibility to notify Thistles and Clover within 60 days of receiving my bulk beef order. I understand that returned beef must be in resaleable condition ? meaning it must be in sealed, USDA packaging and it must have remained frozen during the entire time it was in my possession. I understand that it is my responsibility to return beef in a frozen state to the Thistles and Clover farm in Danbury Iowa. I understand that I may choose to receive either replacement beef product from the Thistles and Clover farm or monetary compensation for the product returned. I understand that the valuation of returned products is entirely at the discretion of Thistles and Clover.
